MOLECULAR AND CELL BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT SCHOLARSHIPS (updated 4 Dec 2012)   Equity Development Programme (EDP) Scholarship Closing date:25 January 2013 The Department of Molecular and Cell Biology (MCB) at the University of Cape Town, through its Equity Development Programme, offers MSc, PhD and Post Doctoral Research Scholarships to black students and white female students from the SADC region. In this call, awards will be given to students who can demonstrate a financial need due to the fact that they have not been able to attract other bursaries/scholarships and have no other demonstrable form of income. The awards are given on a merit basis and are intended to support those who will conduct research within MCB and furthermore have an interest in making their careers in higher education. Equity Development Programme BSc (Hons) Scholarship Closing date:22 February 2013 The Department of Molecular and Cell Biology (MCB) at the University of Cape Town, through its Equity Development Programme, will offer BSc(Hons) Scholarships to the value of R20 000 each to black students and white female students from the SADC region. In this call, awards will be given to students who can demonstrate a financial need due to the fact that they have not been able to attract other bursaries/scholarships and have no other demonstrable form of income.
